Amy Smythe Harris, Broker Associate, GRI, GREEN, E-Pro, CRS, has been in the real estate industry for 15 years and it is still a practicing agent.  She is passionate about training and utilizing technology.

She served on 2009 Houston Association of Board of Directors, as well as being on Technology Advisory, Member Profitability/Training, and NextGen (NRG). In 2010, she serves on the same advisory groups for Houston Association of REALTORS.

 She also serves on Texas Association of REALTORS Professional Development committee for 2009.This year, she serves on Professional Development Committee, Professional Standards Committee,and Technology Commitee for Texas Association of Realtors for the Texas Association of REALTORS.

Amy will serve 2010 on Women’s Council of Realtors® Montgomery County Chapter as Technology Chair as well as serving at Womens Council of Realtors® Texas Chapter as Vice-Chair for 2010.

  She has trained agents for 10 years and  was also a sales manager for Prudential Gary Greene for 3 years.  She is an instructor for HAR & a senior  instructor for TAR.  She trains agents in utilizing technology and social media in their business practice to become more efficient in their prospecting.
